This grand project is an example of what a modern yet classic southern home looks like in North Georgia. For this particular project, the rectangular in-ground swimming pool is 40’ x 20’ and features a white-ivory travertine decking and coping, and is shines with Cadet Blue pebble. While the aesthetic of the white-ivory decking matches the clean look of the home itself, we wanted to maintain and pay respect to the beautiful landscapes of Milton, Georgia through our own landscaping/hardscaping work around the entire perimeter of the home. Spacious grass fields, large, full trees, and statement boulder walls surround this property and speak to the Milton climate. As one enjoys the 8’ square spa, they can look out onto the lake that runs past the back of this property. Listen to the spa’s water feature as well as the bubblers as you lay out on the tanning ledge under the sun. In the front of the house, guests can park on the side drive way parking apron, walk on the stacked stone entrance pathway, and be surrounded by greenery all along the way.
